Background
One of the key praxices in DevSecOps is feedback and visualisation during the flow of software development. T在这里 are several gates in the flow that can give feedback. This feedback focuses on the general DevOps Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that gives the measurement of software delivery performance. In other words "How good is the organisation to deliver software". The stakeholder for this data is generally the product owner, managers and architects that can with this measurement see the performance and stability of the software as a global outcome. That means that it does not measures each teams performance but as a whole of many teams deliveries to one project or product release. From the measuremens one can see what level the teams are performing. 在这次实习中, we want to investigate the level of maturity of delivery capability of the organistion and see possible relations to the Organsiation Culture. As implied above, this Master Thesis will be both theoretical and practical. It will be divided into three parts: One study phase to learn about DevOps KPI, 性能水平和韦斯特鲁姆类型. The second phase is to evaluate what is possible to do with DevOps KPI data and performance level insights from daily builds. Also to evaluate how to conduct an investigation as to w在这里 the organisation are towards the Westrum Typology regarding Organisational Culture. The third phase is to visualize the DevOps KPI from an agreed organisations teams daily builds.
